Double room available in 2 bed flat

Hey guys I need someone to take over my tenancy from 1/05 to 18/12 With the chance to extend.. Apartment is called mount yard located in NQ/Ancoats ..You will have your own separate bathroom so not an ensuite.. my current flatmate is a 27 year old male very lovely and social.. rent is 725 per person so 1450 for both flatmates per month.. council tax is 90 pounds each and water and electricity and wifi usually comes up to about 80 pounds or less.. please let me know if you’re interested and we can arrange a viewing thanks!
