Large double room in Ancoats🌸

Heyy, I’m looking for a friendly flat mate to move into my two bedroom flat in December as my current flat mate is going travelling.

The flat is bright and modern, with a large south facing balcony which is lovely in the summer! It has a great location in the Ancoats/New Islington area with the marina, tram stop, Aldi, coffee shops and a Pure Gym all within a 10 minute walk. The building also includes a gym, concierge and car park (parking is at an extra monthly cost).

The room is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers and you’d also have an en suite. Feel free to bring any pots/pans/glasses etc but I have most stuff already so won’t need anything new in the kitchen and living area (pictures were from when I first moved in, so not as plain now - will be adding updated images soon).

Rent is £625 a month with bills around £150

A bit about me - I am 29 year old female, currently working in marketing for a fashion brand. I am in the office every day of the week from around 7:30-18:00. At the weekends I usually see friends for coffee, eat out (a lot) go on walks, shop, have the occasional night out. I’m looking for someone who is just as tidy as me and likes to keep the place looking clean and cosy. It would be fab to have someone I can also be friends with and not just a flat mate but completely understand if you prefer your own company as I’m also like that sometimes and love my own space!

I have said flat is available from 26th of Dec but my current flatmate is flexible with when she can move out and can be any time throughout the month! The contract also ends on May 22nd but can be extended for an extra 6/12 months.
