Ancoats Double En-suite Room

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for someone to live with in in this flat in Cotton Field Wharf in Ancoats from mid-June. Rent is £750pcm each.

The photos are taken from their site, as I’m not currently in the property, but I’ve viewed it and the pictures are accurate.

The flat is unfurnished but I’ll have furniture to go in the lounge area.

About me - I’m social and enjoy watching and playing plenty of sports. I work as an Account Manager 8.30-6 and I’m in an office most days. Enjoy a Guinness on the weekends and love the outdoors.

I’m clean and considerate with noise. Happy to keep to myself but also become friends with whoever I live with.
