On the search for a flatmate to take over my friends tenancy for 7 months from the start June. We live in Ancoats on Islington Marina.
The location is amazing, in the heart of Ancoats on the marina, super close to NQ.
The room is double en-suite, parking is available either within the block (tbc on arrangement) or on street in surrounding area. The room is partially unfurnished but living room is fully furnished. Within the room, it holds a wardrobe rail and can come with a double bed at a small additional cost.
A bit about me: I am very laidback and work in an office within the city centre 3/5 days a week. I work in account management for a lifestyle fashion brand. I love going to the gym as well as, running, but also love going out, eating lots and I love wine.
