Double Room in Ancoats

I’m sadly leaving my lovely double room in Ancoats at the end of May and I am looking for someone to replace me. The flat is located in Nuovo Apartments, just above the general store in Ancoats.

It’s a two bed flat, you would have a double room and a big bathroom for yourself. It’s a corner flat so there’s two big windows in the living room that give so much light to the living room+kitchen area.

You’d be sharing with Luca, my current flatmate. She’s a 24 year old assistant psychologist and she’s become one of my closest friends after two years leaving in this flat!

The current contract is until July 26th, but there’s the possibility of extending the tenancy if you’d like to!

Rent is £675 and with bills it comes to £840 in total.
