Subletting my en-suite in a 2 beds flat for 2 mos

I’m subletting my en-suite in a 2 beds flat from 12 May to 12 July due to moving in with my friend. No contract so no deposit needed. Rent will be £700 per month including bills and tax (Normally I pay £850 a month so there’s a discount considering it’s subletting). It will be a transfer to my personal account. I’ll give you my key and key fob in return.

My flatmate is a 24 yo female who is very quiet, clean and not social. She needs a lot of her own space and normally stays in her room quite a lot.

The flat is located in Sawmill Court which is next to Ancoats Cutting Room Square. There’s a Coop downstairs and surrounded by popular restaurants like Rudy’s, Canto, Erst, Mana, Sugo pasta and etc. Its very close to Northern Quarter and also walkable distance to Piccadilly Train Station. Very convenient.

There’s an on-site gym and club room downstairs which you can also use with the key fob. We also have a 24/7 reception so it’s very safe and secure.
