Our housemate is moving out with her boyfriend so we’re looking for someone to move into our 3 storey townhouse in Ancoats on 2nd June.
We’re looking for a professional gal 25+ (sorry no students) to move in. During the week we’re both very chilled and love coming home to a peaceful and quiet house, where we can relax after a day at work. We like to keep the house clean and tidy!
The pure gym and aldi are just over a 5 minute walk.
The room is on the ground floor and comes furnished. Rent is £542 not including bills.
You would have a small toilet next to your room and share a larger bathroom upstairs with another person.
