Large Double Room in Manchester Life building

I am moving out of my current flat in the Weavers Quay MCR Life building in New Islington to move in with my boyfriend. You would be living with my current flatmate Claire, who is currently training to be an English teacher. Claire is super friendly, a major foodie (vegan but not in your face about it), and a great flatmate. We pay £1272 for the flat right now, and it’s on a rolling contract at the moment, but when someone takes over my tenancy it will need to switch to £1336 pcm on a 12 months contract. The room itself is a large double room with a walk in wardrobe and private en-suite bathroom. The living room and kitchen are shared with Claire, and have a really cozy homey feel. The pictures attached to the ad right now are just of the bedroom/wardrobe/ensuite, and they are the professionally staged photos showing the space and not the actual room, but the layout is identical and the room would come unfurnished.
