The kitchen has a small fridge, with a freezer in the storage cupboard. There is a washing/drying machine, also in the storage cupboard. There is plenty of storage space and a breakfast bar which is an excellent entertaining space if you have friends over.

The location is brilliant, with a Sainsburies local just down the road and a big Aldi very close by for groceries, as well as the numerous unreal bars/restaurants/cafes Ancoats has to offer, and you're only 10 minutes from Northern Quarter and 15 from the centre of town.

I am sadly leaving my flat, but you'll have the pleasure of living with my flatmate Sam, a 29 year old Software Engineer with a penchant for eating steak and eggs and watching Friends. He is a truly lovely human and I've very much enjoyed living with him, and would continue to do so but I'm leaving to go travelling. He is very clean and tidy, and respectful of shared spaces and others belongings. He is a friendly, sociable and laid back guy. He often spends evenings in the gym, or going out with friends or his girlfriend. He often works from home, but sometimes goes into the office.

He is looking for someone that he can get on with, as well as live with, who is also clean and tidy and will be respectful of the shared space.

The flat is technically un-furnished, but the living room is mostly-furnished by Sam's belongings so you would not need to invest much in furniture if you don't already own much of your own.

The bedroom is unfurnished, but as I'm going travelling if you were interested in buying any of the furniture we can certainly discuss this.

The tenancy is initially 6 months, and then from there is the option to re-new.

Rent is £606 per month, bills come to around £185 (£791 total per month)
