I'm looking for someone to share this lovely flat with me. The flat is located in the Royal Mills building, a fantastic location in Ancoats. It's close to supermarkets (Aldi, Co-op), a gym, plenty of pubs and restaurants, and GPs. It's only 2 minutes away from the New Islington marina and 10-15 minutes from Piccadilly Station. The building features a 24-hour concierge and a nice coffee shop downstairs.

The flat is fully furnished (though there's space if you have furniture to bring), well-ventilated, and has electrical heaters in all rooms. The available bedroom is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and a chest of drawers, and comes with a separate bathroom.

There's a garage spot available for an additional £50 per month.

About Me:
I have lived in Manchester for over 4 years, I'm 35 years old, and very chilled and easygoing. I work at the University of Manchester, but have some days when I work from home, so you would see me around frequently (hence, I would need to share the flat with someone who would respect that). My main interests are games, gym and fitness, music, and reality TV. I'm looking for someone gay-friendly, easy-going, and professional (not a student). I respect personal space and maintain a tidy communal living area (living room/kitchen), and expect the same from my flatmate.
