En-suite Double Room available in NQ/Ancoats

Double bedroom available for rent with an en-suite in the Ancoats/Northern Quarter area, available as my flatmate is sadly having to move location. Remaining flatmate is a junior doctor who is working in the local area. Ideally looking for a sociable and friendly flatmate, but as much as I enjoy a party, given my job I’m not looking for a flatmate looking to have late nights/afters at the flat, sorry! I have also succumbed to the running revolution so if you’re willing to come to run club that would be ideal too!

The rent advertised is the current paid rent, which is at a 25% discount offered for Key workers (this is means tested up to 25%, as far as we’re aware up to £40k gets you the 25% and then it is assessed from there). Unfortunately the landlord has not yet confirmed the increase in rent from August but we have been told it’s expected to be around £40 more per month. Please be aware if you are not a key worker rent would be approximately £800 per month!
On average bills have been around £170 per month, including Council Tax - Band C.

There is no parking in the building, however there is a decent car park a 5 minute walk away that a lot of the residents park in if required.

Otherwise, Poplin is a new-build completed last summer, so we were the first residents in the flat. It’s got a lovely roof terrace that traps the sun, and shared amenities downstairs that can be used. There is also a kitchen/living room space on the ground floor that can be booked out and used for hosting for free!
