Double bedroom to rent - close to Mcr City Centre

Hey, we are Alex (26 male) & Jordan (28 male), a couple living in Miles Platting/Ancoats area. I (Alex) am originally from Stockport, and Jordan is originally from Stoke, but he has lived in Manchester for circa 10 years (thankfully). We both love going for drinks in town/local area, weekly pub quizzes, chilling in the garden with bevs (when the weather is actually nice) and trying (failing) to be skinny legends.

We are looking for a new housemate to take over from the current one. We live in a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom house with parking and a back garden, roughly 10/15 mins from the city centre. The 3rd bedroom is a shared office space/spare room, and there is 1 free off-street parking on the drive. Plenty of storage in the house as well. Jordan does not work from home (manager in retail), but I work from home 2/3 days per week and the rest in the office (as a solicitor).

The room is a double room, unfurnished, but is a decent size. The room also has a main bathroom with bath/shower, and this would be exclusively yours.

We are looking for other professionals around a similar age range, who love to socialise, have a laugh and are easy to live with. Looking at moving in around mid-August time, for a minimum of 6 months (option to extend as well). Rent is around £500 each (currently £483 but you know what landlords are like, could go up), and bills/council tax/wifi/tv bits/electricity and gas are probably around £120/£130 each.
