Room comes with your own personal bathroom, a balcony, private car park which is gated and fully furnished flat. I already have all kitchen wear etc so ideal for someone who doesn't have/ need to buy much!

Located 1 min away from Ancoats Marina, 5 min from Piccadilly station and surrounded by all the best bakeries - Companino, Pollen and the Flat Baker!

I am very sociable and chatty and would look for someone who is very likeminded. I work in media/ advertising and sometimes work away with work. I really enjoy anything sociable, drinks, coffee walks, and going to the gym, but am partial to a Friday night wine and takeaway!

My ideal flat mate would be someone who is also outgoing and would look to spend time in communal areas and not in their bedroom.

Unfortunately, I'm not considering students or post-grads, but am definitely looking for someone who is easy going who wouldn't prefer to spend most of their time away in their room as I find living with someone who becomes a friend the best way to be :)

My work is flexible, so I work from home often, but am out of the way and respect others space and needs!

I consider myself clean and tidy and ideal flatmate would share these views.

Initial lease is for 6 months with the possibility to extend (highly likely as I've renewed it 4 times now with no issues.)

Deposit is = £575 and the move in date is from 8th April.

Bills are as follows: £19 wifi, £19 water, £50 (or around a month electric), £76.50 for council tax. So the entire flat a month will be (in or around) £762.50 with bills.
