I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely flat share in New Islington which is a 10 minute walk away from Ancoats.
Flat is shared with one other girl - super friendly and her two cats, also friendly!
Room comes with double bed, set of drawers, single wardrobe and a bedside table. There is also room under the bed for storage.
The other girl has an en-suite and there is one bathroom with a bath/shower opposite the room available which will be your own.
New washer dryer fitted.
Kitchen has a fridge and freezer, new oven and an electric hob. Also a communal lounge area where the cats love to sit, open plan to the kitchen.
The flat is on the 4th floor of an apartment block with fobbed entry and a key for the flat
