Hi lovelies, looking for someone to take over my room from August (7th) as I’m moving to London.
It’s a 3 bedroom flat in New Islington on Great Ancoats Street. Less than a 10 minute walk to the nearest tram stop and only 20 minute walk to the city centre so great location 🤠
You’ll be living with 2 flatmates aged 24-25 so looking for someone around this age bracket and for someone who can be a friend!!☺️ They enjoy a night infront of the telly, hikes, pub quiz etc! Also a big bonus if you have a TV for the living room 👀
The rent is £595 a month + bills (around £130). The agreement is for 6 months with the option to renew in February.
The room has shared bathroom facilities with one other flatmate. The flat is furnished and has access to a small gym in the building 😊
