2 Bed Townhouse Ancoats - Secure parking & gated

Hi there!


I'm looking for a roommate, preferably male but not against having a female, for the spare double bedroom in my 2-bed townhouse. The property is extremely secure, located in a gated community near Ancoats, and includes a parking space. You will have a fob for access to the parking spot and another for the walk-in gate. There is a sizeable garage with a large spare fridge freezer if we need more space.

The property was renovated in the last couple years, featuring a new kitchen, parquet flooring, fresh paint, and new furnishings in the shared spaces. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge freezer, and Hoover-brand hobs and oven.

The room has a double bed with a bed side cabinet. There is already a wardrobe, and I can provide a chest of drawers if needed. If you prefer to bring your own furniture, I'm more than happy to accommodate that. I've included an older photo of the room with furniture to give an idea of the scale, but please note that the room has been renovated with new flooring and paint. There are 2 bathrooms, I have an ensuite upstairs, leaving the downstairs bathroom which will be purely for your use.

I'm looking for someone I can get along with as I'm quite an outgoing, friendly, and easygoing person. I enjoy socialising, golf, cooking, exercising, and watching films/series etc, so it would be great if we had some shared interests! At the same time, I value personal space and respect others' ways of living. I work in finance in Warrington and typically in the office all week.
