I’ll be moving out of my flat in Ancoats and looking for someone to take over the tenancy. You’ll be living with my current flatmate (26, female, professional).
double room, flatmate has an en-suite so you have full use of the main bathroom, the flat also has a balcony and is within 5 mins walk of new islington tram stop. quite area, 24/7 security, 2 parking spaces that are unused in a lock underground garage and access to the building gym.
the deposit is just £50 to change the name on deposit (i don’t mind not getting it back, as this just makes things a lot easier) and there will be a £50 admin fee to change over the tenancy name.
