New-Build House | Large Double Room Available

We are currently in the process of looking for a flatmate to move in with us within our new-build house which we will move into in mid July. I work in professional services and my partner is currently on the job hunt after finishing her masters so would be looking for other professionals with similar interests.

About the room:

- A spacious double room with high quality furniture including a desk and chair, armchair, a double bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe, and chest of drawers. The room’s windows also has views of the back garden and the rest of the estate.
- You will have access to a semi en-suite bathroom next to your room with a fitted bath/shower. We may use this bathroom on the off occasion but it will be mostly yours as there are three bathrooms.

About the house:

- A beautiful new house with modern furnishing alongside a contemporary design. Spacious living area with a 77” LG G2 OLED TV, dining area, and sizeable kitchen boasting plenty of kitchen storage. We also have a Tempur convertible sofa bed for anyone visiting the property as well as a large fish tank to add to the area’s ambience.
- We have multiple amenities within our brand new kitchen, such as a new oven and extractor hood, Ninja blenders, a spacious freezer, an air fryer, and a delonghi coffee machine which you will be able to use. If you would use this though, kindly we would expect you to clean it afterwards.
- We also have our own garden which is perfect for sitting out in the summer months or barbecues. My partner is particularly interested in gardening so she will be planting flowers, apple trees etc.
- The house has triple glazed windows as well as state of the art insulation to keep you warm in winter months. We will also have luxury Cormar grey carpets professionally fitted throughout the house ahead of your move in.
- We also have a £500 cordless Samsung vacuum cleaner, a washing machine with a separate dryer, and we will be buying and fitting a new dishwasher in the coming months.
