I currently live here with my housemate but he’s moving to London at the end of August. Flat comes technically unfurnished, however the kitchen / lounge is sorted/ can be added to. Bedroom could have some furniture left behind.
We will need to sign a new 12 month contract. The current rent is 685 PCM, this could increase but it won’t be by a lot.
Deposit will be 5 weeks rent.
Council tax band C - this and bills comes to around £175PCM at the moment.
I spend my working day outside of the flat from 7am until 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. At the weekend I’m around in the flat a lot.
I’m looking for someone who is relaxed and clean. Out of this I’m open to making a new friend and I enjoy going for a drink.
