Double room for rent in a lovely Ancoats flat

I’m looking for a somebody to take over my double room in a gorgeous cosy flat in the centre of Ancoats. The tenancy is until the middle of October with the possibility of renewing. The building comes with parking and walking access to the Northern Quarter and the centre of Manchester, so super convenient. My flatmate is a laid back, friendly, working professional female and I’m so sad to be leaving her. It’s a snug bedroom and flat so not ideal for working from home situations. Council tax is band C and bills come in on top at about £80 per month.
