Hello!
My flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend at the end of the tenancy (21 August) and I’d like to renew the contract to stay a further 6 months minimum in the flat, hence I’m looking for someone to take her room!
I only have until 21st July to confirm whether I have found another flatmate with the agency!
Female flatmate preferred, and NOT full time wfh please.
I have the en-suite room so your room would be the second room with full use of the family bathroom :) bills usually are between 150/200
