Hey! My name is Ellie and my current flatmate/pal is moving back to London, so I’m looking for someone to share my contract with me for next year.
The double room, which is furnished, will be available on the 24th of September. It has a shared living space, with a Juliet balcony, and bathroom with me. It’s situated in Ancoats, right off cutting room square and near the marina, and very central to town with parking if needed (will have to ask the building for details and an extra fee). My landlord is very lovely and proactive and I have already lived here for 3 years because I love this flat so much!
I’m a working professional who in the week hybrid works from home but likes to socialise on the weekends, usually with pals, pubs and gigs. I’m looking for someone who is along the same vibe as me - watching peep show in the week and out and about on the weekend! (LGBTQIA+ Friendly)
