Double Bedroom for Short Stays in Ancoats Flat!

we have a double room available in Ancoats, Manchester for a short sublet! 🏡

it's will be available from 1st December - mid January for around 6 weeks

about the flat:

- the room is spacious, has a large window and is fully furnished.

- it is a lovely new build on the 12th floor (top floor), with a view of the Etihad and the city. the flat is in great shape and has all the required amenities and decor.

- the flat is well decorated and we've got some nice bits - from house plants, art, mirrors, to a projector, an air fryer, a food processor among other things.

- internet is included, and all the bills are shared. Council Tax Band A. bills are about £100 - £130 per person including Council Tax.

- it's a 3 minute walk from the New Islington Marina, and a 15 minute walk to the city centre. it is well connected to the city via bus and tram - very walkable to anywhere in the city centre.

a little about me and my flatmate:

- i'm Aman (he/him), a 25-year-old researcher working at the University of Manchester. i'm an educator and community organiser. i'll be away for holidays and am looking to sublet the room for the period.

- you'll be staying with Nirav (he/him), a 29 year old creative. he's lovely company and a great flatmate! :)

- we like to keep communal spaces clean and share chores. it is a queer friendly, progressive flat with open communication and a respect for boundaries.
