Double room with ensuite in Ancoats

Hello I'm Sofia!

My flatmate is moving to London when the lease on our flat ends on the 12th of September so I'm looking for someone to renew the lease with me until September 2025.

The flat is a 2 bed, 2 bathroom located in the Ancoats area. My flatmate will be taking the furniture from the living room and the bedroom with her but I'll be furnishing the living room again before move in day :)
The building has a concierge and a small gym. It's a 5 minute walk to the nearest tram stop, less than 10 minutes into the northern quarter, and a 15 walk into the centre of town.

The lease will officially be from the 12th of September but the room might be free a bit sooner (subject to all checks and approvals being complete).
Rent will be £610, not including bills. Bills tend to be £150-£200 depending on the time of year. For council tax reasons you will need to be in work and not a student.

I'm ideally looking for someone between the ages of 24-29 who I can be friends with and is up for doing things together, not just being flatmates.

A little bit about me :)
I'm 27 and I'm from Madrid. I've been in Manchester for nearly 2 years now but still keen to explore the city. I play football and padel during the week and like chilling in the evenings watching tv but also always up for a few drinks around town, I also like making Spanish tapas and tend to bring back with me some nice jamón after visiting home which I am always happy to share :)

I work from home most of the time but I also go into the office every so often.
