1 bedroom and bathroom ancoats

2 bedroom flat. I am looking to move out early and my contract ends in October. I am willing to sub let my room for one month from the 15th of September till 15th October 2024. However, my flat mate is looking to renew our contract with the landlord from October 23rd onwards, so if you are interested that's also an option subject to all parties agreeing with a transfer fee of the tenancy of 50 pounds additional to be paid by you and would then be a 12 month contract from September 24th 2024 to September 23rd 2025.
