A lovely 3-bed flat, in the heart of Ancoats, the land where everyone seems to have a concierge and a sausage dog! Our flatmates are moving out, along with their wee wire haired Dachshund! So, we are looking for a lovely pair of human beans to take over their tenancy and En-suite. Myself and my boyfriend, Barnaby, love to have fun and bake delicious treats! Currently we have one room, and our flatmates also share one room, leaving a spare for guests/home studio. We are creative, clean and laid-back people looking to make more Friends in this rainy city!
Bills end up about £200 in all per month for council tax, electricity, water and Wifi, split between all 3 or 4 of us.
Building management is attentive, calm and welcoming.
