Ancoats Penthouse!

We are two professionals living in the city centre in a 3 bed penthouse (not to brag too much). We will sadly be losing our third flatmate who is moving in with her boyfriend so we are looking for a third compadre to join us! This will be to take over the remainder of her tenancy which ends in June.

One of us does shift-work at a hospital and the other (me, Josh) works in graphic design and works the regular 9-5 life from home. The flat is a very good, big size and is furnished by us, the current tenants. The room itself is a gorgeous double room with a view over Ancoats and the city centre. The room has two large double wardrobes, but is otherwise unfurnished. There are big windows throughout and a balcony at the back and also a long, stunning roof terrace at the front, providing views both into town and all along the canal. The bedroom makes use of the stunning main bathroom, which it shares with 1 of the other tenants. The living space is open plan, and the modern kitchen benefits from a dishwasher and coffee machine.

We are social people and would love a friend as well as a flatmate. We are pretty easy going and chilled and will happily get on with everyone. We have friends round from time to time and are happy for your friends to visit.

We believe in a healthy mix of going out and staying in. On lazy days there is often David Attenborough, drag race or a murder documentary on. This usually also includes a gin or green tea.
Underground parking available at an extra cost of about £125 a month (depending on if you pay for each month at a time or a year at once)
Rent and bills together would be £790, and the deposit roughly £600.
