Spacious room in centre of Ancoats

I am moving out and need someone to take over my tenancy. The room is large and spacious and comes furnished with a double bed with a new mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, 3 smaller cabinets, desk and office chair (not shown in photos).
There’s a big open plan kitchen/living room and the flat is right opposite where Rigatoni’s/Sugo pasta kitchen was, a minute away from Cutting Room square.

My current flatmates are 1 boy and 1 girl, both lovely, clean and respectful of other people’s space. The girl is a professional and the boy is doing his PhD.
