About Me:
I’m a young professional who has lived in Manchester for 6 years. I work in elite sport with one of the Manchester football teams, something that can't be done from home, so I'll be out the flat 8am-5pm Mon-Fri, and work the occasional weekend too. I'm very easy going and don’t take life too seriously. I love going out, having fun and meeting new people, but equally enjoy cooking and spending relaxing nights in. Like everyone, I enjoy my own space from time to time too.

I am a tidy, friendly and considerate person to live with, so I expect you to be the same. I lived with my previous female housemate for 2 years. I was very fortunate that we had an amazing friendship and did loads of fun things together including going on hikes, festivals and holidays. Whilst I am not expecting the same relationship with my new house mate, it would be great if we could be pals and be open to doing social things together.. She is only moving out of the city to save money and is happy to provide a reference.. I have mainly lived with females, or guys who are LGBT+ friendly in the past.

In my spare time I am a DJ and music producer, and have other creative hobbies including videography and film making. Always down for a beer, coffee, hikes, attending gigs and watching the footie. With that said, I love trying new things, so maybe we can introduce each other to new hobbies :)

THE IMPORTANT BITS:
- The rent for this property is £1504/month, so split between the two of us is £752/month.
- Wifi is the ONLY bills that are included in this price. Currently, I pay around £900 for both rent and bills.
- Council Tax Band C
- Anco&co will perform reference checks, where you will need to earning more than £22,560/year.
- The security deposit is £752, plus one month's rent, so a total of £1504 to be paid.
