I have a double en-suite room available to rent out in my 2 bed, 2 bathroom flat in Manchester, the flat is opposite the New Islington tram stop so there are great transport links and just a short walk into town. The flat has a large balcony and a large open plan living room and kitchen.
The en-suite is a wet room type bathroom with a shower, also happy to share the main bathroom which is large with a bath. The building has a concierge and is secure!
Flat is fully furnished, kitchen has all appliances including ninja 15 in 1 and coffee machine.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW: (please mention your thoughts on this in your first message to me as it’s importnant!!!)
I have a Sphynx cat, Dali who is the love of my life haha! He’s super friendly, social, loves people and a character- it’s super important that whoever moves in loves him and happy to feed him, give him attention when I’m not here. He’s almost 8 and mega chill, sleeps most of the time.

I am planning to go away for 3 months from November- January…. I am considering a few options here for these 3 months and happy to discuss with the new Tennant….

1. New Tennant will have the flat to themselsves for the 3 months and take care of Dali (your rent and bills would increase a tiny bit to £908) I would still pay the remaining rent
- I would consider a couple for this although would cost slightly more - £900 all in when I am here, £1008 all in during the 3 months I am away)

2. A couple that I am friends with will move into my room whilst I’m away to take care of Dali (your rent and bills would stay the same £800 all in)

3. I will send Dali to a friend/family and then sublet my room out on a short term basis whilst I’m away (your rent and bills would stay the same £800 all in)

About me:
I’m super active, love to travel, extroverted and some would say always on the go! I work from home for a tech company, fully remote, so I mix this up with either cowork spaces, the living room or cafes with friends. I’ve been to 3 festivals this year so that’s me done with those until next summer, I love a fine balance of a good party/rave once in a while or a nice wholesome weekend out hiking or chilling. I do occasionally have friends stay here, the sofa is a pull out double bed but this isn’t very often, once a month give or take! LGBTQ+ friendly ❤️
