Hi all,
Sadly my former flatmate is moving soon after 2 years spent in this flat. I am super keen on staying as I love it and the location is perfect, so I am looking for a new flatmate.
The flat is currently marked at £661 as this will be the maximum rent but this will depend on the contract we agree on as we will have a few options available. You would have to be dog friendly as I have a sausage dog called Malcolm. 🥹 Council tax is band C.
I am 28 years old professional working in ecommerce originally from France. Fairly relaxed, I like to read and do my yoga. I also like to socialise with friends and travel. Would love to live with someone likeminded and share some moments after work and on the weekends.
My flatmate is happy to leave the room furnished or unfurnished based on what you need. We can discuss this further together. Also we can discuss the moving date as she’s flexible that week.
