Myself and another girl from SpareRoom have signed for a 3 bed flat in Swan Street House in Ancoats and we’re looking for a someone to take the third room.
The flat will be available from Saturday 5th October, it’s a brand new building that’s currently been finished. The room available is £700 rent p/m (bills excluded) and you’ll be sharing a bathroom with one other person.
We’re both very easy-going, and looking for someone who we can be friends with to make the flat a nice home! We both work 9-5 mon-fri and do a mix of working in the office/working from home. I work at MMU and Lucy works in PR/Events. Looking for someone who would be on a similar schedule!
The building has lots of shared spaces, including co-working, private booths for wfh, a private dining room and a cinema room.
