Double Room with En-suite Available

I'm Ellie and I'm currently looking for a housemate to join me in my two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in Ancoats from mid-October!

A bit about me:

I'm 26-year-old writer that has worked for menswear, architecture and interior design publications for the past few years. I work from home two days a week.

In the evenings and on weekends, I'll usually be taking or teaching a ballet class at a local school, but in my downtime, you'll probably catch me painting or attending art/culture events around the city. I'm really laidback albeit meticulously clean when it comes to shared living spaces so hopefully you're the sameee. J'adore my personal space but it would be great to have a housemate that I could be also be mates with!

A bit about the flat:

Your room would be the bigger bedroom with a roomy shower en-suite and views over the canal (hope you like geese noise). The room is basically furnished with double bed, mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The desk, chair and monitor photographed isn't included.

I occupy the smaller bedroom and exclusively use the main bathroom.

In the shared spaces, there's a big kitchen, dining table for 6 people (I like the occasional dinner party, me), living room with corner sofa and huge windows, balcony with table and chairs.

As for local amenities, we're right on the marina with all the bars, restaurants and bakeries you could ever want or need. 10 mins to Piccadilly. 10-15 mins to NQ.

Deposit: 5 weeks rent, I believe.
Rent: £610 each
Utilities: £170 (ish. Electric and water would be for you to set up)
Council tax: £154 (I currently pay this)
Broadband: £27 (I pay this too)
