The flat is in Ancoats, a new development with modern fittings & a small gym on the first floor. The flat is a minute's walk from New Islington tram stop & 10 minutes walk to Piccadilly train station. Aldi, PureGym & Ancoats cafes/bars/restaurants all within walking distance.

Ideally I am looking for a professional with some similar interests to the ones on my profile. I'd like someone who is tidy and respectful of the space - no smoking in the flat. I enjoy making cocktails & dinner parties and playing board games. I enjoy going out at the weekends and I don't mind someone who is out occasionally during the week but I am not looking for someone out constantly.
