Description
My current flatmate is leaving to enter life on the property ladder so I am looking for someone to take over the room on 23rd November (the date cannot be changed).
The flat is in a great location, close to a tram stop, within walking distance into town, and close to Ancoats Marina. The room itself is an unfurnished double room with an ensuite. The open living room and kitchen area is shared.
Rent per month is £620pp; with bills in addition at around £170pp depending on usage/season.
I am easy going but do like a clean and tidy flat at all times so would need someone who is on the same page.
I would like to share a space with someone who likes to socialise, but also likes their own space, and is respectful. I enjoy hiking, travelling, yoga and a brunch or two to name a few.
I work from home 2 to 3 times a week and have no problem if someone has a similar set up, but there will be no desks in the living area.
Before moving in, you would need to be referenced. For the referencing, there would be an employment reference (where you currently work) a UK landlord reference (where you currently live), an affordability check (you would need to earn 2.5x your share of the rent pre-tax) as well as a credit check/ccj check.
