Hey there! I'm looking for a new flatmate to join me in my large, spacious 2-bed flat in the heart of Ancoats, with stunning views over the historic and charming George Leigh Street.
**About the Flat:**
- **Big, airy open-plan living room/kitchen**: Plenty of sunlight and a welcoming vibe! The kitchen is fully stocked with great utensils – I’m a keen cook, so if you love good food, that’s a bonus.
- **The bedroom**: A large, comfortable space with lots of natural light. It comes with a **huge en-suite bathroom** featuring a walk-in shower and a separate big bath, perfect for unwinding.
- **Furnishing**: You’ll need to bring your own mattress and storage drawers, as my current flatmate (Jess) will take those when she leaves.
-**Bills**: Council tax is £110 each per month and utilities works out around 60-80 each

I'm 26 years old and work as an Account manager at a marketing firm. Originally from Scotland and in my spare time i like cooking, fashion, watch collecting, playing games on my PC and doing my best to keep fit.
I work American hours, so I’m out of the house from 12 PM to 10:30 PM, giving you plenty of privacy and space in the evenings. I’m looking for someone who’s respectful, laid-back, and ideally wants to hang out and be friends as well as housemates!
