Room in 2 bed New Islington flat

Hi! I’m looking to move out of my current flat ASAP and need someone to take over my tenancy (from 1st October if possible!) I’m moving out for personal reasons to go back to my parents.

It’s an en-suite decent sized room on the top floor of Cotton Field Wharf. The flat has a large balcony that faces onto the marina and luckily gets sun pretty much all day! I’m gutted to be leaving it as it’s such a gorgeous apartment, especially for the price around Ancoats/New Islington

It’s unfurnished but I can sell the bed and mattress (it’s only a year old) if required! Also happy to sell other bits that I might not need if needed

I’ve put this ad on behalf of my current flatmate as he’s on holiday currently. I’m happy to send more pics/vids etc. or arrange a time that’s convenient to view
