Double Room in the heart of Ancoats

My current flatmate is moving out in November so l am looking for a replacement tenant for his room in our flat in Ancoats. The flat has 2 bedrooms, one shared bathroom, and an open plan kitchen/ living room. I've lived here for 6 months and love the flat, it's in a great location just off Cutting Room Square.
We’re currently on a rolling contract until he moves out but I intend to sign a fixed-term contract with the new tenant.

The flat includes a parking space in the secure car park downstairs. But I currently pay a slightly greater share of the rent for use of this space so this isn’t available.

Bills aren't included in the rent, but usually work out around £160 each for water, electricity, council tax (band C), and internet.

I'm 31 and work as a mechanical design engineer. I work full time in the office so if you work from home regularly then you can do so without distraction.

Outside of work I enjoy anything to do with music (gigs, festivals, raves etc.), spending time in nature either hiking, camping, travelling or generally staying active. I love going out, having fun and meeting new people but equally enjoy cooking and spending relaxing nights in. I’m also very mindful of people being able to have their own time and space.

I’d love to find a housemate that I can be friends with and hopefully have common interests with rather than just finding anyone.
