My flatmate is moving out of the city centre so looking for someone to move in and renew the tenancy with me!🧚🏼‍♀️

Double bedroom available in Ancoats with own bathroom (I have an en suite so the main bathroom is yours).

The flat is a duplex flat so has 2 floors, a big balcony and parking - I don’t have a car so the space would be yours/we could rent it out. Shared living room/open plan kitchen upstairs.

I’m 24, work mon-fri in finance and do 2 days working from home which vary each week. It wouldn’t be a problem if you worked from home some days too. I like to keep busy and go to yoga/barre class some nights after work, work on little projects and meet up with friends. I DJ (although I’m respectful of noise!) and have just started running my own events in my spare time, I also like to crochet/read/journal when I’m chilling in the eves 🫶🏻
