Room available in a modern 3 bedroom house in New Islington - right next to the marina. 10 min walk to NQ and 20 min to the Arndale.
It’s the downstairs room in the front of the house. We share a large bathroom, living spaces and another downstairs loo. We also have a lot of storage and a lovely private garden.
You’d be living with two easy going people who love sports and live events. We are looking for someone who has similar interests and an all round good vibe.
Michael is a project coordinator for the NHS. He enjoys football, music and just ANYTHING social! Loves crispy MnMs and lemon cake.
Sam works in IT and enjoys any sport (playing and watching), cooking and shitty TV quizzes!
Outside of that he is very impartial to a few pints in Northern Quarter.
We like to hang out together (and separately) and have friends around sometimes, love live music and the very occasional party. We are really easy going and are looking for someone that is happy to hang out but is also happy to do their own thing.
We’d probably be best suited to living with someone working 9 to 5 as we do as well.
What is the property like?
The house is a modern 2-floor property with a street access front-door. We also have a south-facing back garden.
The kitchen is well equipped with integrated appliances (Microwave, Electric fan oven, Electric Hobs, Separate Fridge and Freezer, and Dishwasher).
The living room is connected to the kitchen with a corner couch.
There is a downstairs toilet and an upstairs bathroom with shower and bath. We also have a washing machine.
The available bedroom is downstairs at the front of the house.
Our landlord is very nice and leaves us to enjoy the property.
💸 What bills are included?
Rent is paid directly to the landlord each month.
This would be £650 and the deposit is 5 weeks rent.
Other bills are split: Council Tax, Electricity, Water, Internet.
The average bill is currently around £120 each per month on top of rent.
