Double room with en suite available for rent

I'm looking for a new flatmate to move into a spacious double room with an en-suite bathroom, as my current flatmate is moving out. The flat is unfurnished and comes equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, and fridge.

If you're interested, my current flatmate is open to selling some of his furniture, so you could have the option to keep the room partially furnished.

The flat is located in Ancoats, 10 minutes walk to city center. Council tax band C.

Availability is flexible from end of October to end of November. I’m tidy and clean and work from home 1 or 2 days per week.

New 12 month contract will need to be signed with the landlord.
