Spacious flat in a newbuild

I'm looking for a flatmate to share a spacious flat in Victoria House, a newly built development completed this year. The flat features floor-to-ceiling windows, providing plenty of natural light, and is complemented by excellent amenities, including a fully equipped gym and a roof terrace, perfect for relaxing and socialising. Located in a prime spot, Victoria House is just:
- 10 mins from the Piccadilly Station and PureGym
- 15 mins from the Northers Quarter
- 2 mins from Domino's.

Although no parking comes with the building, there is free on-street parking just a 2-minute walk away, which I have been using without issue for the past year.

I work as a Data Science Consultant and mostly work from the office. I also like to stay active and work out most days of the week, so I’m often out during the day. On weekends, I keep busy with hiking, visiting family, or spending time with friends.

I enjoy cooking and am happy to share meals featuring Lithuanian or Armenian cuisine. I’m laid-back, easy to get along with, and appreciate a relaxed and respectful home environment. I’m tidy and have maintained great relationships with all my previous flatmates, who I still keep in touch with.
