En-Suite Unfurnished Room in Ancoats Area

My housemate is moving out as he's buying a house, so his room will be freeing up soon! We don't have a clear date yet but he is aiming for 30th October.

About the room and location:
Unfurnished double room with en-suite bathroom available in Ancoats from November 1st. You also have your own walk through wardrobe.

Furnished living room and kitchen.
In the Weavers Quay building by Ancoats/ New Islington marina, 10 min walk to Manchester Piccadilly train station, 5 min walk to New Islington metro link station.

Lots of local bars, restaurants and bakery’s close by.
Free access to gym (in Cotton Field Wharf MCRlife building a few min walk away).

About me:
I am a 33yr old gay male working in the marketing (seo) industry including web design. I am also part-self employed with a gaming website.

I have lived in Weavers Quay for just over 1 month so far and can say it's a great location for the price. The area has a lovely community feel, easy 10 min walk to the centre. I plan to live here for a few years whilst I save up for a mortgage.

Hygiene and cleanliness are important. Looking for someone social but respects personal space.

Please note this is not a ‘party household’. I will chill with you every now and again, watching a movie or go out for a meal but mostly I will keep to myself. I'm happy to enjoy shared cooking sometimes! You can usually find me gaming or chatting on discord, i'm quite a techy person.

Bills come to approx £160 a month, a little bit higher in winter months. We have 1 gig hyperoptic internet as well. In total you'll be looking at about £760 a month.
