Hey there! We’re Nicole and Jono—a young professional and an architecture masters student—looking for a new housemate to join us from the start of November as we continue our current lease with our current flatmate leaving. We’re both fun, outgoing, and enjoy a good night out, but we also love chilled nights in as we tend to be quite busy during the week.

We’re looking for a young professional who’s seeking a friendly, relaxed space to call home. We keep the house clean and tidy and would love to find someone who shares that vibe.

The rent is £625 for the room on the ground floor as per the pictures. The house is a modern terraced house with sleek living spaces, a well equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms, with a WC on the ground floor.
