Renewing tenancy: Trans or LGBT housemate wanted

I'm a nonbinary trans fem, and I'm looking to renew the tenancy for this 2 bed Ancoats flat with a new flatmate.

I am a tidy and respectful person who likes having friends over sometimes, but I'm not a partier. I like video games, TTRPGS, scifi, and I have some plants. I am disabled and not working currently, so I spend most of the time at home.

I highly prefer to share with another trans person or at least someone who is LGBT. I'd like to be able to chat sometimes and maybe share the occasional meal, but I do need to a fair amount of alone time to recharge. I'm vegetarian, but I don't mind you cooking with meat
