I'm a trans femme, and I'm looking to renew the tenancy for this 2 bed Ancoats flat with a new flatmate.
I am a tidy and respectful flatmate. I like having friends over sometimes, but I would like to maintain a relatively quiet space, not a party house. I like video games, TTRPGS, scifi, plants and computers. I am disabled and not working currently, so I spend a fair amount of time at home. I attend queer and trans groups as well as regular exercise classes and the gym. I also frequently go to friends' and partners' houses, so I'm not home 24/7.
I highly prefer to share with another trans person or at least someone who is LGBT. Please don't message if you are at all uncomfortable being around trans people.
I'd like to be able to chat sometimes and maybe share the occasional meal, but I tend to recharge best alone at home.
I'm vegetarian, but I don't mind you cooking with meat.
