Flatmate needed Smiths Yard Ancoats

My flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend once our tenancy is up and I am looking for someone to renew the contract with. The flat is in Smiths Yard in Ancoats. The flat is super nice and the bedroom is spacious with an en suite. It does come unfurnished but you’d pretty much only need to furnish your room as living space/kitchen is already furnished. There is an outside area and car park for the building which can be looked into if you have a car. Rent will be around £600 a month and bills usually come to £150-£170 a month. Flat is available from 1st Jan 2025.

I’m 27 and work full time at a law firm in the city centre. I work 50% from the office and 50% from home. I am usually out for food/drinks or at a music event at the weekend.
