Our tenancy ends on December 10th. My housemate is moving to Berlin, and I would like to stay in this flat. It’s a lovely area, right next to the New Islington tram station, and there’s a supermarket nearby. We also have an amazing view from our balcony, and you'll have your own bathroom located in the hallway.
Bills are not included. Altogether, with rent, bills, and tax, it comes to £800 each per month. (Council tax band B)
I’m a social and tidy person, love cooking for my friends and going to restaurants. I work as a media executive in an office job, so I have regular 9-5 hours. I’m looking for someone who is tidy and respectful but also likes to have a laugh!
