Female Flat Mate Wanted - Double Room With Ensuite

Hello!

I am looking for a female flatmate to move into a 2 bedroom apartment in New Islington/Ancoats area. My flatmate of three years is moving back home at the end of December, so I would like to find someone to take over her room.

The rent is £608 and the bills can vary from £150-£200 depending on the time of year, a lot lower in the summer and can increase in the winter.

The flat is on the first floor so if the lift is broken we're alright! The bedroom is unfurnished and very spacious, you have your own en-suite.

The shared living room/kitchen area is fully equipped, plants, prints and records galore. I love to bake so they'll always be something sweet coming your way. We have a dishwasher, washer and dryer, blender, oven etc.

I love a clean and tidy flat so if you do too we will have that in common!

The apartment is situated just off the marina, the nearest tram stop is less than a five minute walk (New Islington). The marina is a minute away, filled with cute cafes, pubs and restaurants. Aldi and pure gym are less than five minutes to get to. A short walk or tram ride into town.

I have a plus one gym pass which means a fully equipped gym, swimming pool, sauna and steam room access. You have free access to the gym less than five minutes away.

I am a teacher so I work Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00. I like to socialise but love my own space after a long day of teaching. I enjoy a good night out from time to time but also like having a cosy night in and chill!

I like running, going to the gym and walks along the marina. Film and tv fan, podcasts and going to gigs.

The move in date is the end of December but we can be flexible.
