Large Double Room in a fantastic Ancoats location

Hello!

My name is Lewis and I am renting my spare double room in Ancoats. It’s a good-sized room, with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and two bedside tables - with more than enough space for a desk. The price includes bills excluding electricity, which we will split each month. The kitchen has (almost) everything you should need and a washer-dryer. The bathroom is shared, so it goes without saying that a clean and respectful person is a must.

I’m a 31-year-old professional who works from the office 4-5 days a week so ideally looking for someone with a similar WFH balance. I’m quite a quiet person but have a sociable side - happy to be friendly and socialise but understand and respect the need for alone time. I enjoy going out for drinks or staying in and watching a film. I’m a big fan of film, TV, theatre and music so you’ll often find me in the theatre, cinema or at a gig.

I like to keep the flat clean and tidy so require someone who respects that.

I can be flexible with duration (nothing too short) and am open to negotiating a Mon-Fri let if needed.

I’m a gay man, so LGBTQ+ friendly is a must.
