Looking for someone to sign onto this flat with

I’ve been looking at a flat in the Lampwick quay building, I don’t currently live in the property! It’s a 2 bed 2 bath flat so we would each have an en-suite. Each room also has a walk through wardrobe and is very spacious. The flat is unfurnished!

The flat is ten minutes walk to Piccadilly and is available 30th Novemer.

The apartment offers a large open plan living room and kitchen space with integrated appliances, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and hob and a separate utility room housing a washer/dryer.

The building also has onsite gym access, resident's clubroom and outdoor terrace included.

I’m looking for someone who is willing to sign the contract with me asap and move in around the end of the month.

***a bit about me***
I’m an easygoing person, I currently work in hospitality and I’m a recent graduate from MMU. I like nights out exploring new pubs, bars and restaurants but also love nights in watching a movie or having games nights. I’d ideally like to live with someone similar who wants to be friends aswell as housemates as it would be nice to have someone to explore the city with. I also have a hamster, he’s very cute.
